Subject: RE: Farmer charged in accident

Rock County, MN

At best a learning experience for most.

I'm back on the road again with over one million miles safe driving. I along with most professional drivers do appreciate that everyone is working hard during harvest and planting times and this is when farm equipment will likely share the roads with us. All of being aware and accomodating to each other is necessary though accidents will happen let's not willingly leave a door of opportunity open to it.

Large equipment movements should be made with trailing and or leading caution vehicles if at all possible anytime when low visibility is present; the consequences are too great to ignore; our lives and health are so precious.

Please everyone make yourself aware of the procedures required of oversized equipment movements on roadways. Employ the new bright LED caution lighting equipment, banners and flags; I'd prefer to be dazzled by lights than surprised by size.
