NE Iowa | As you stated, don't dwell on it. But get yourself to the FSA office and visit with the loan officer and let them know whats going on. If your balance sheet has improved over the years, I'll guess they will work with you. I would also be talking to your local banker so he knows also that you may need an operating loan from him. FSA's rules on having only one years crop expenses at a time make it hard to prepay without a bank to pick up one years crop expenses for a period till the crop is sold. | |
