Been paying attention to your credit card bills or other bills??  Many companies now sent their bills every 28 days they don't care what the calender says, every 28 days.

May be a suprise but across America not all are as rich as you some people only have so much money and little reserve. Employee type people are having a tough time. Wa. State has mandatory non paid leave days for almost ALL state agencies. So, their all "bad" because they didn't plan for mandatory non paid leave ?? 

You are able to buy crop insurance in case a disaster happens, wage earners can't buy insurance for mandatory non paid leave.

They said the recession was over last year,, it coinsided the time the depression started..
