The only part I don't agree with is "reckless driving" he had his tractor in the ditch trying to avoid the car.  Yes Negligent on the out rigger lights, but reckless driving? (here reckless driving with death involved will get prison time. Reckless means the person was actively trying to cause an accident)

It sounds like the road was just way TOO narrow for anything over 8 feet.

Magnetic lights may have helped but who knows ??  Light up the ag equipment like a Tree on christmas eve,, and some people still hit the Farm equipment. Must think it's a 'target' ??

Still a bad deal all the way around for everyone.
