That happens ALOT. Especially at grocery stores. THey put the "sale" stickers on the shelf but dont put into their system. I always check at the checkout and get the manager if it does happen.
I live an hour from any major shopping area. If I gotta drive just to get the advertised sale price, I'm definitely going to get it.
