Well I give credit all the way around, he didn't serve time and paid a nominal fee. I am guessing he CRV wasn't slowing down much at all when it hit the disc, had to be going pretty quick to kill the driver.
I've seen so many people ignore lights that it makes you wonder if it matters at all but maybe, just maybe, it will cover you even more when some idiot hits you.
