Not quit the same thing, but interesting. Was at a farm supply store recently. Saw a "sale" sign on a shelf, NOT on a specific item. Under the sale price, it said " If this sign is here after XX/XX/2010, sale price is not valid". Kind of like, " We can screw up, and we are still right". Legal, I'm sure, just kind of lame.
