The place I worked at had a policy of only one price sticker for each item. If there were two or more rows of the same item the price was attached to the shelf under the row farthest to the left. Made prices adjustments easy and saved them some costs but it can make finding the price a pain at times. And yes, a being charged a price higher than what is found on the tag is false advertising.
