Can not charge a higher price than the posted price on the item. False advertising.
Could charge less but NOT more. (lol.. yah like that would ever happen !!)
That is part of the reason prices are NOT posted on the store shelves much anymore. They don't have to reconcile price differences, and it just takes a minute to change the prices in the computer program.
What to do when price on shelf is lower than price they charge?
