What a tragedy when this happens. I was thinking that Tex. was an open range state like we are here in Ne.? Brother t-boned a 500 lb. steer several weeks ago, did close to 20k damage to his pickup, we know the owner of the steer, got his insurance info., but our ins. agent said that Ne. is an open range state so no fault of the owner. I don't agree, but that is the law.
