| Have to agree with you Redman. They sent a paper without the proper terms. Had they lived up to their part of the "verbal" "understanding" (the term sesk used---might need more definition for that one) then there would be no issue.
If we agreed that I would buy your tractor and pick it up by next Tuesday and pay you the agreed upon $$$ but sent you a contract to sign saying I have until next Feb (even if you don't sign)it would look to me like the whole deal would have to be renegotiated. Now if I showed up by next Tuesday there wouldn't be a problem.
I do believe your word should be binding. Sesk himself has got to be the judge on this deal. JMO Don | |
