If the terms were incorrect, why did not not contact them in a timely manner? It seems to me that if one reads between the lines a little, you just stated that you failed to reply because you were planning on scamming the buyer somehow.
If you wish to do business in the industry in the future, you will honor the contract you agreed to. If you do not, nobody with a brain will buy grain from you again.
