| I'd consider it signed by you. The only thing you could do, is try and get them to pay interest on whatever dollars you would have been paid on the contract. Verbal agreements are considered a binding contract here. ( Iowa ) Three days is barely time for us to get a contract, much less get it back to them. Only way you could get out of it, is the fact that they have not held up their end of the contract. And I have no idea if you can even do that, legally. | |
