| Yes, I had three days, but I hesitated to sign the contract because I wanted to make sure they would take delivery in the time frame they told me they would. Now, a month later, I'm sick of it and want the contract voided. I contacted them several times in the last month enquiring when the would get it hauled.
I just question if an unsigned contract can be enforced when they haven't held up their part of the oral agreement. | |
