Yeah, when we were up there it was about 80 in the afternoon and 45 in the morning, ahhhhhhhhh. When it was upper 90s to 100 at home. I don't know anything about JD gators, but you can find what ever kind of trails you can handle. Some are only passable by hiking or at most a MX bike, and some are old unused service roads that a Jeep would nearly fit on. We rode probably 5 miles up one of those service roads and there weren't any really hairy places, and even some smooth stretches you could air it out quite a bit. The really high elevation sure makes those quads doggy though.
