NE SD | Land values here have went nuts also. I would not even want to guess what some good dirt would bring but am sure it would be in excess of 3000. For here this is a lot when it was 1500 only 2 yrs ago. I think it would be great to just keep the prices close to where they are or even .50 cents lower. It would be best for all in the long run. Rents here have went nuts also.
