How's that field looking today? The 55-08/55-09 seem to be magnets for it here. Have seen plots locally that it's the only one with Goss's.
My above reply showed my ignorance of seed vectoring; however, with the prevelance this summer around here, I can't imagine inbreds aren't loaded to the gills in places. Makes me wonder if our seed co.'s spread it around accidentally this year, as wide spread as it is.
I suppose yield impact will be different on different hybrids & dates of infection. Some of our spots that died a few weeks back don't look too bad, others I'd guess at 50%+ loss. Some hybrids have shriveled up ears smaller than Red Bull cans in the infected spots.
