Southwest Kansas | That did happen at Goodland as far as temps go, BUT I will say that most of western KS had snow and Ice on the fields till March and the wheat wasn't jointed yet. There may be some down in southern part and also on the east side of Western KS that did get some freeze damage.
I'm not saying your wrong on there being alot of freeze damage. Just that Goodland isn't a good example to use. I believe the NE part of the state was colder and the wheat was farther along. | |
