If buyers have money and need stuff they buy it...price is somewhat irregardless.
Supposed S & D in the "gamed" market setup countries like the usa use, is not about so much about true S & D at all.
Money supply and money velocity ( has to be a little of it around, has to MOVE around so everyone gets to "touch" some of it for a second ).
Reality DOES NOT matter, it is ALL perception
