eastern Kansas | I think our bean contracts have has this clause for the buyer. Labor strike, fire, act of God beyond their control, transportation issures, maybe even embargo, they can decline delivery at least for a reasonable amount of time. However we are required to deliver no mattter what. just another example of the one whom writes the contract makes the rule in there favor. In other words I think it is permission to default under specific circumstances.
