by the time you blow the combine off, rinse the heavy material off, soap and mitt/brush it, rinse again and shammy/air dry it your already done with 3/4 of the day if you get all the nooks and crevices. Run a fine cut polish, wax, seal and detail the interior alot with some touchup paint you're looking at a 2-2.5day job.
If your version of clean is just from a 40ft perspective that its shiny, then yes it only takes about 3hrs. All about how you interpret things.
