SW MN and Gold Canyon AZ
At this point in time MN looks prettty dam good. I sold more because I think my yields are going higher so I needed to sell some for fall deleivery so I have enough storage. 95% of my corn looks awesome at this point and is starting to tassel thats 2 to 3 weeks ahead of last year.. I have a full topsoil subsoil profile. Even the sand areas look great. its been perfect with 80 to 85 degree days. With all this wet soil here a hot dome would not be as hot because of the water.
Although i know what a week of sw winds and 95 degrees can do to a crop.
Right now we are in line for a record corn crop here anyways.
I have beans that are knee high and beans that are ankle high. They did not take the water as well. You see that here in sw mn. You can tell where the tile lines are.
