I've been watching this situation develop, it seems China has a drought every year, nothing really new there. And yes the Russian wheat crop is supposedly suffering from drought conditions, my take on that is that the drier the season the better the wheat crop around here anyway. The non planted acres in Canada are also being discussed quite a bit.

My overall take on these events are: A bull has to be fed often, a bear can hibernate. Looks like some are trying to keep the bull fed.
