Subject: Weather in China and Russia

Ohio
My brotherinlaw just sent my wife a post from a weather service his employer subscribes to. Since it's a paid subscription he asked I not forward it. Has anyone else been seeing the crop reports coming out of these two areas. What I just saw clearly said that the main corn and soybean regions in China have been inudated with a wet start to the season and now very dry and crop conditions are very poor. The same for the wheat areas in Russia. How bad is this and how much is it affecting our markets, now and if it continues --this fall? We all know the old belief --rain makes grain. . When that plant is wet early then dry later the results can be very discouraging to say the least. Maybe exports are going to be a bigger factor in our prices the we think? I follow NAT closely and have not heard any other comments on this, has anybody else heard the reports from these two regions?
