'Here' basis goes to 20 over rather than 20 under in January. Always long as I can remember, gets to a positive basis for HTA contracts to pay off. There have been a few times when the Mighty Miss froze upstream and basis went to 25 over. 'Here' we still have barge traffic to the south during a freeze upstream.
