And was looking at the Rice market instead of the Bean market in a dimly lit room.
This one is surely ugly, and if a producer didn't sell this board bank in Dec-Jan-Feb, and is still holding rice, they've lost a lot of potential income!
PS; And it doesn't appear to be turning anytime soon.
