chestertown, md | good friend of mine is a delware bay/river pilot. they briing all the commerical shipping up the delaware. he tells me that they saw a bounce in container volumes earlier this year that coinsided with the restocking and some pent up demand but now last month and a half volumes have slowed back down to a trickle. nobody is ordering any goods. consumer spending has to be slowing down. | |
