downside risk.............preservation of capital.................Its like those CEO's with 1.8 trillion in cash: what are they profiting on that cash position..........negative really
they percieve downside risk..............and are simply getting to the sidelines and foregoing upside potential as they perceive the downside much much or very likely..........they might have been dumb in poll booth, but they are not idiots perpetually
