I think we see higher ratings this week and maybe next. If the markets continue higher with these ratings then this rally could get legs. Seasonally the July low maybe in and set up for a rally into sep. This week is key. There are still a lot of shorts to be unwound. We closed right at the 100 day moving average on Friday.
