The problem is we were floating before the 6". My brother lives in NCIA, at least there the water has a place to go through tile, ditches, etc. Here it just sits stagnant.
Is there any tile in the Dakotas at all. I know you cannot tile or are not allowed to tile, and has there ever been any discussion on allowing it. The main question would be where would you take it to. Drainage ditches would need to be built etc.
