I would think it's going to be down from the days when anyone with a pulse could get a loan and build a house they couldn't afford. Same way with consumer spending being down. would hope a lot of people are learning to live within their means. The economy before this recession was built on plastic and hot air, the economy wasn't near as good as we thought it was because it had no foundation.
