SC Iowa | with a sizable carryover, markets did not really explode until the November crop report, which dramatically dropped yields....
One of the issues NASS had with the '93 crop was the rubbery cob which led to much higher than normal field losses....that didn't get picked up until harvest was pretty well done and they could measure corn left in the field....
Worst quality corn crop---by far---in the 20 years I've been doing this job... | |
