Revere Missouri very northeast corner. | was maxed out on insurance in 2008 and got nothing. sure program benefited the people that didnt need it and the rest of us got hosed.If you took sure money to upgrade equipment then you didnt need it , if you was going to pay down debt then you might need it.the only thing about the sure payment has shown is the sloppy farmers got a payment and the farmers that yielded good on every acre or averaged there farm gross pretty good over all acres got nothing. Kudos to all that got a sure payment.You might deserve that sure payment.
