Out of curiosity, do you subscribe to any of the Casey news letters? It seems that several posters frequently use phrases they use.
Although I had planned for my kids, I believe my lender could use one also. I'll take care of that soon, Thanks for that suggestion.
Bill Helming, had a book that addressed some of the same situations Conrad covers. Helming's book is "What Goes up Eventually Comnes Down".
