Here's what I do with mine.
Season flour with seasoning salt to taste. Dip both sides of steak pieces in the flour and brown on med. high in oil in a skillet. When both sides are browned, pour regular canned tomatoes (I use whole ones and chop them up--use juice and all). Use enough to pretty well cover the steak. Cover the skillet and simmer for about an hour.
