I just cut it into small thin strips, about the size of my pinky and about 3/8" thick. Mix some of your favorite all purpose seasoning with some flour in a bag, add the meat and shake it up to coat the meat. Fry in butter.
Cutting it thin makes it cook quick and easy to chew.
