Valley, NE | if it tenderized very well, then:
pound flat with tenderizing mallet( tenderizing it again)
dip and cover in eggs and salt and pepper that are beat together
then roll in flour, then back into egg mixture
then roll in crushed corn flakes
fry in skillet with about 1/2 inch of canola/vegetable/peanut oil
cover with lid for a bit, then flip once and flip again to keep crispy
thats how i make my chicken fried steaks
