From the what its worth department.....
In reading the thoughts on BP and Monsanto, I feel there are some excellent points made.
BP is a large enough company to self insure, but would probably also have some catastrophic insurance coverage also, probably on the order of Lloyds of London or something similar. I think they have downside to the $31.00 range. The gov`t bill for 69 mill could be just the beginning. so investors will be somewhat leary of any success stories.
Monsanto getting an honorable mention by goldman sachs could be like Midland said...a pump and dump. I think they have downside to the 44.00 range
