central sask | With the lower than expected acres seeded, low spots flooded out, early stuff with frost damage, ground crusted so seedlings can't make it out, late seeded stuff needing till mid Sept or later frost free and lows of plus 1 *C for next week it could be VERY interesting. A repeat of last fall would be very bad, even worse with a normal November. Summerfallow is looking better everyday!!!
Most crushers and line companies are just playing with the basis so far but I think they will have to start bidding up the futures soon.
I think with weather scares and basis deals $9+ is possible. IF it freezes in Aug!!! well then $12 or ??? might happen. By then our dollar could be $1.25 us and that will stop a real rally like we had in '08.
