THE safest way to cook bacon without a shirt. 

I use a Traeger grill to cook mine occasionally.  The indirect heat of these grills keeps the bacon grease from flaring. Grilled bacon is GOOD!  Depending on how you like your bacon, you'll have to adjust your cooking habits on the grill. 

A little experimenting will guide you to where you want to be.  Just remember the mistakes are still good to eat, keep trying 'til you get it perfect. 

The bacon grease disappears on the grill.
