I finally managed to burn it to a cd (strnage though, I had to use an audio cd in the DVD burner/player) and took it into CopyCo, they printed all 136 pages in about 2-3 minutes (would have taken me 30-60 min) sold me a nice 3 ring binder and I was out the door in about 10 minutes and cost me $14 total.
