They will pay more for test weight & protien, just not at the local elevator and not during harvest.  You need to be able to store it until after harvest then get someone at the river or an end user to bid it.

 What's Halliburton farming??

 Halliburton is very good at what they do.

 

If you are implying a poor quality job, there are just as many "small" farmers doing a crappy job of farming as three are large farmers.

In fact, some of the people who I think do the very best job of "farming" are extremely large farmers.
