mn | ok thanks for the replys my problem is some of my meat doesn't get done so I cook or grill it first to about 1/2 done then smoke I know this is not the way to do it but works for me (i'm still learning and trying diff things ) A forsure thing for me and ribs is I will boil at low temp (slow roll) for about 1 and a 1/2 hrs then blot dry with towal then rub and put on smoker for the rest. I know this is making some of you sick but it does work and if I won't have told you I boil it first you come over and eat you won't have knowed. still trying and learning, the dog and cats are fat so I guess they're happy. lol | |
