| Following the suggestion of 3015DEERE I am building a garden, using a 250 gallon fertilizer shuttle. for my wife and kids. What I am wondering is has anyone done this, if so are there any suggestions? Do I need to punch some holes in the bottom? I have access to some compost, should I put that on the bottom and cover with a thin layer of dirt? Would a sub-surface irrigation system be worth the extra effort? Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.
