Subject: RE: Traeger wood pellet grills??

S.E. Iowa
Gas grills are perfect for day to day use, ours is used almost every day , same with my gas smoker and wood chips just requires less attention. But for briskets or cooking 6-8 pork cushions we get out the charcol grill a monster all stainless steel grill that will easily bank a couple of bags of coal. Bought it a Lowes for my sons graduation 4-5 years ago it was big enough to cook 10 pork loins in it. And yoyu never tasted anyhting until youve grilled a couple of 3 inch thick sirloins over real charcoal. Slightly crusting on the outside going to tender rare3 in the middle.
