I doubt whether the recession is over.  I see in the St. Cloud Times where the employment rate has started going back up again, after dropping for a year.  It seems where March should be a month where it would drop with the Spring building and farm work.  Also, last night I heard on the news, they expect another round of foreclosures in states like AZ,Fl, and CA.  If I heard it right, in these states, 50% of the mortgages are "under water".  Meaning the mortgage is more than the house is worth.  They feel that many people are going to walk away from these mortgages, if they do not have income to make the payments.
