Ya, I worked with a gal that made Maid Rit's or Maid Rite's when a company funtion allowed . . . she was from iowa, and that was their way of makeing sloppy joe's - plain crumble ground beef - cooked up then you add your favorite sauce/topping. Sloppy joe's generally have a tomato based sauce added to the mix when cooking . . . .
