custar ohio | It's pure BS. The FDIC did require them to pay several years' (I think three) up front. HOWEVER, the bank can then declare it as a credit over the next three years. Most community banks were actually glad to oblige as they could reduce their income taxes for this year by this method. It sounds much worse than being told to you. Conservative local state charted banks are doing very well, thank you. Shop around. | |
