| Do you use the complete egg in the noodle recipe? Dad made a lot of angelfood cakes using only the whites. Took a dozen egg whites to make one cake. So to use up the yolks he started making egg noodles and also spongecakes. He would let the the noodles cure out on the kitchen counter. Then my job was to cut the noodle to appropriate size with the pizza cutter, bag them in bread bags and store in the freezer. | |
