No, you have to 1031 exchange real estate into real estate. However, we do aircraft 1031 exchanges all the time. Like kind property in personal property transactions is much more limiting and specific. You have to exchange aircraft for aircraft as long as the aircraft is held for rental (leased to others) or used in your business.
